I'm glad that you were able to add sound to your VoiceThread. I think that is part of what makes it such an awesome piece of technology. My favorite part of your VoiceThread was your video comment! It was so neat watching you discuss your topic.
While I was playing with VoiceThread, I found that you can change the speed of your slide changes. It automatically will change a slide every four seconds, not counting the time it takes for your comment. You can speed it up or slow it down as needed.
Another thing I learned was that you could hear your recording immediately after you made it and decide if you wanted to save it or delete it. This would be helpful for eliminating unwanted comments from your slides.
I am glad you were able to overcome your struggles and make your VoiceThread happen!
Hi Kristin, I am home and have practiced with Voice Thread. It is wonderful. I was shocked to see myself (a beach mess) in the pod square. I had not deleted the previous recordings. It's okay. I am understanding the process and like any other tool, needs to be practiced on. Your VT was well prepared and you spoke well. VMP
Hi fellow scholars. I am an art educator at a nearby middle school. I have 14 years of teaching completed and I have completed my Masters of Education through Walden University. My 2 teenage sons and husband of 22 years are traveling to Rome this summer. This blog has been made to record our trip to Rome. Enjoy.
Nice presentation. Did you have sound? I couldn't hear anything on my computer.
ReplyDeleteMichelle, no, no sound. I will have to read more. It would not take the audio that I made.
ReplyDeleteI think it can only have limited one minute audios.
